QR Code Generator with Canvas (Vanilla JavaScript, No Library)

A QR code generator that runs the full Reed-Solomon error-correction algorithm and module placement in plain JavaScript, rendered live to a canvas as you type - no external library and no server round-trip. Type any text or URL and get an instantly downloadable PNG. Supports byte-mode QR versions 1-6 (up to about 100 characters) at error-correction level M, verified against a reference decoder for correctness.
